We had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful poolside area and the cozy fire pit for evening relaxation. The only drawback was the limited outdoor seating, which was a bit crowded at times. Overall, I'd recommend trying out the pool. it's absolutely worth it! 🌞

The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area near the patio was a nice bonus for dinner. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed lounging by the pool. it had enough seating for guests. However, the pool area could use better maintenance. I noticed several dead plants around. Some staff seemed confused when I asked about local recommendations. The check-in process took longer than expected due to overbooking. they needed to improve communication. Minor inconveniences were manageable amidst the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a good stay for my vacation getaway.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff who really make you feel welcome. However, my room had a strong pet smell, which was disappointing for someone with allergies. The breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, the accommodations are decent and the location is convenient.

I had a fantastic time exploring nearby China Camp State Park, just a lovely 2 km stroll away, and Lagoon Park, which is also nearly 2 km from the hotel, making it super easy to enjoy the beautiful nature around San Rafael. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day of city walking, but they could improve their knowledge of local services a bit.

Had a great time with friends! The pool was perfect for relaxing after kayaking, and we even enjoyed sailing on the nearby waters. It’s a chill spot close to wine country and a quick drive from San Francisco. The rooms were clean and spacious, making it a fantastic choice for a group getaway.
One downside was the staff's lack of knowledge about local services and recommendations. We asked for suggestions on hair salons, but they seemed unsure of what was available, which was a bit frustrating.
